Tia High | Owner

Ms. Tia High is the Founder of the Proactive Management Group. Her mission is to create a rewarding and stimulating environment for professionals to thrive. Ms. High is responsible for managing the company, formulating long-term strategies, and driving growth. She has developed a great reputation as a Business Consultant in the community for her reliability and honesty. 

Tammy Lane  | Chief Information Officer

Ms. Tammy Lane is the Chief Information Officer at Proactive Management Group. In this

role, Ms. Lane oversees all technology operations and evaluating them according to

established goals. She also oversees the creation and establishment of IT policies and

systems to support the implementation of strategies set up by upper management. Ms.

Lane also oversees the analysis of business requirements of partner companies to

determine their technology needs. She builds relationships with vendors & implementation

partners with creating cost-efficient contracts.

Ms. Lane has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology field. She has

extensive experience in software project management, process engineering, and resource

management experience to include leading business requirement gatherings, develop and

manage work breakdown structure, manage a project budget, and monitor and report on

project status to leadership/stake holders. She has experience in all aspects of Software

Development Life Cycle - SDLC (e.g., AGILE, Waterfall, software change control, quality

assurance, version control, patch management) to include assessment development,

testing, and evaluation. In addition, Ms. Lane has experience in management of technical

staff (e.g., Project Managers, Analysts and consultants) to include assigning and monitoring

project management work.

Jeff Wynn | Chief Development Officer

Mr. Jeff Wynn serves as the Chief Development Officer at Proactive Management Group.  Prior to joining the Proactive Management Group, he enjoyed dual careers as an educator as well as a real estate agent for over 20 years. As an educator, he has made a huge impact in the educational system. As a real estate professional, he has created and fostered relationships throughout the United States. He has secured and negotiated hundreds of transactions. Through both  careers, he forged a network and skill set that led him to this role as Chief Development Officer to build a bridge for small businesses to secure government contracts.

Brooke English| Social Media & Marketing Manager

Ms. Brooke English is the Social Media and Marketing Manager at Proactive Management Group. She has over 10 years of experience in social media and marketing. Ms. English is a natural leader and exemplifies creativity.
